Cisco GLC BX D is a hot swappable SFP transceiver work via one single mode simplex optical fiber, it use simplex LC connector interface, 1490-nm TX/1310-nm RX, it is fully compatible to 1000Base-BX 10 standards. We supply cost effective equivalent transceivers to Cisco GLC BX D and its partner SFP the GLC BX U.

The GLC BX D transceiver consists of three sections: a DFB laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements.

The GLC BX D transceivers are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472. For further information, please refer to SFP MSA.
 
 

The GLC BX D SFP-BIDI transceivers are high performance, cost effective modules supporting dual data-rate of 1.25Gbps/1.0625Gbps and 20km transmission distance with SMF.
